L’OREAL Russia is actively looking for a Brand Manager to join Active Cosmetics Division, brand SkinCeuticals (maternity position).
Accountabilities:
To contribute to the growth of a brand on the Facecare market by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising
Execute the local adaptation of advertising creative materials; implement media recommendations
Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing objectives
Launching of digital campaigns, 360 digital support and SMM
The scientific approach, diving into a premium face care market
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Marketing
FMCG marketing experience preferred
In-depth sensitivity to beauty
Research and market data analysis
Knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers
Fluent English.
