Health&Nutritionis an FMCG leader in the dairy production. The company creates products that contribute to the well-being and health of our consumers. Health&Nutrition is one of the five leaders in the food sector, according to the rating of the 600 largest companies in Russia in terms of product sales, prepared by the Raex agency.
In this role you will:
- Drive business growth by identifying and activating key growth levers on brand according to the total company objectives
- Lead the interaction with representatives of Horeca
- Organizing exhibitions and events, working with contractors
- Category portfolio management, lead development of pipe-line, development and launch of new products and packaging innovations
- Lead strategic thinking, proactive approach and believer outstanding plans, communication, innovation & activation grounded in strong consumer insights & data analysis
- Lead agencies and cross-functional teams in the development of communication and products
- Manage the budget to maximize the impact of this spend
- Understand consumer and be capable to generate insights
Feel free to apply if you have:
- University degree
- 3+ years' experience in a brand marketing (priority FMCG, HoReCa)
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo, initiate (self- starter), lead projects and people effectively
- The ability to influence others, drive progress and performance, to quickly adapt plans to address emerging trends and competitive threats, to create brand strategy and manage marketing mix in concert with the brand strategy
- Inventive mind, creative approach to getting things done, strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
- The skills to be a team leader that collaborates effectively across all functions and at all levels in the organization
- English (Upper-Intermediate), Excellent MS Office (Excel, Power point)
