В Mars открыта вакансия Brand Manager of Seasonal Business/

 

Job purpose:

Develop, align with key stakeholders and deploy to the organization long-term Seasons category strategy and KPIs, based on identified growth opportunities and factoring into existing and projected competitive environment. Connect Seasons strategy with key business processes through cross functional teams and recommend an integrated business operational plans across the brands to deliver against it. Design Seasons winning portfolio and activities calendar and ensure right level of support that will help to deliver against aligned KPIs and execute the strategy.

 

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree in Economics/ Marketing
  • Russian/English at advanced level
  • Expert user of MS Office
  • Continuous data experience (i.e. Nielsen, GFK, Spaceman)

 

Knowledge/Experience:

  • 4-5+ experience in FMCG consumer/brand marketing
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to create a narrative from analysis/insights
  • Solid experience in creative and design development, portfolio management
