Responsibilities:
Long – term brand strategy development and strategy for next year:
Identification of growth opportunities across consumers, categories, customers and channels for the Brand
Innovation agenda
Develops and leads execution of activities within the annual marketing campaigns
Provides leadership and inspires cross functions, incl CCH partner, to ensure system commitment to achieve targeted results
Regularly tracks brand and business KBIs, suggests corrective actions when relevant, preparation & presentation of business review to Top Management
Brand DME usage and effectiveness control
Brand P&L managing with focus on optimization opportunities
Control implementation of Brand Guidelines across all communication elements – ATL, BTL, PR
Skills:
Proactively seeks information of consumer needs and market opportunities, applies both disciplines to drive innovation agenda
Ability to analyze facts and conceptual information. Identifies opportunities and barriers, make well-considered decisions to transform them into compelling business cases

Experience:
3+ years of brand management in JBM role or 2+ year in BM role Russian or international FMCG
Experience and knowledge of portfolio management and brand building
Trade Marketing experience as a plus
Experience in developing campaigns across key touch points (TV, digital, experiential marketing) ) and applying precision marketing approach
Experience of developing and launching new products
Experience of leading cross functional projects.
