Mondelēz is looking for a Brand Manager Gum.
Responsibilities:
- Executes annual category marketing plans for P&L delivery with a monthly/quarterly and annual horizon
- Develops 360degree support programs for all NPD launches, brand relaunches, including BTL, Digital, sales activation
- Provides input/leads brand strategy development: portfolio strategy including product inno pipeline, price & promo, brand foundation forming & management, communication & packaging
- Execution of superior consumer and customer activations of agreed brand equity, renovation and innovation 4-2-1‘s
- Briefing and development of digital creative
- Understands a brand P&L and its relevant profit levers across the cluster/country
- Supports profitability improvement projects (Productivity)
- Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures
- Leads tracking of business on a monthly basis to assess progress vs. plan and recommend adjustments as appropriate
- Understands the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership
- Internal reporting and other duties as assigned
- Management of 1 Junior Brand manager
Requirements and qualifications:
- University degree in Economics, Marketing
- Good command of English (Advanced level)
- Min of 3 years’ relevant experience in blue-chip multinational FMCGs in the Marketing department
- In-depth understanding of consumer needs
- Influencing senior teams
- Experience in BTL, digital activations
