Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of annual Marketing plans to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Regular analysis of business performance and competitive activities and proactively leading the action plans
- Regular market analysis and consumer analysis to identify growth potential of the category and develop a list of actions to drive growth
- E-commerce, digital strategy and other initiatives to ensure leadership in those areas
- Develop powerful claims and insights to drive business growth
- Oversee all activities to ensure that it is in line with global brand strategy and corporate guidelines
- Improve profitability through advising and suggestions on cost controls, pricing management, and monitoring and justification of all marketing spend (Profits & Losses responsibility)
- Champion innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage
- Communicate and ensure application of best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Budget responsibility for all marketing spend (shared with Marketing Manager)
- Develop relationships with media, advertising, PR, audit and market research agencies
- Actively participate as appropriate in wider business project teams
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of overall marketing experience
- Outstanding business leadership skills
- Ability to operate in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven Very Strong Knowledge of the Marketing “tool-kit”, including successful experience in concepts/copy development
- Proven Strong Thinking and Problem-Solving skill
- Proven Strong Initiative and Follow Through skill
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good networker
- Good command of Word, PowerPoint
