An international pharmaceutical company is looking for Brand Manager Derma-cosmetic.
Main responsibilities:
Development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing plans of brands (derma-cosmetic) of the company on the national market;
Drawing up annual budgets, monitoring budget implementation;
Execute 360 marketing plan within the allocated financial and human resources;
Development of promotional tools for sales personnel, pharmacy representatives;
Project management, implementation of the calendar of marketing activities;
Development of advertising and promotional materials;
Organization, conduct and coordination of specialized conferences, exhibitions;
Analysis of monitoring data of the pharmaceutical and FMCG markets in Russia by the company’s brands and their competitive environment;
Maintenance of internal workflow for activities;
Maintaining a level of professional awareness on the issues related to the scope of the Company’s activities.
Requirements:
Higher education (Marketing / Economics / Finance / Pharma);
Experience in marketing in the position of Brand Manager (derma-cosmetic or FMCG) from 3 years;
Experience with working with brand;
Structured thinking, analytical thinking;
High communication skills, public presentation and speaking skills;
Information collection and analysis skills;
Creativity, innovation, orientation to new opportunities;
Focus on results, loyalty, responsibility;
English — upper-intermediate.
