British American Tobacco (BAT) Russia is looking for a Brand Executive.
What you will be accountable for:
Analyse, monitor available market information and information from external sources
Take full responsibility for one or more elements of the marketing process or components of the effective marketing approach cycle, NPD (New product development)
Assist in the preparation of the annual brand plan, providing timely and clear information to the Brand Manager, while making suggestions and develop strategies and plans for its area of responsibility (any element of the marketing process, the brand support program)
Work closely with trade marketing and distribution departments, trade marketing development department, ensuring timely and quality implementation of brand support programs
To assist in the management of the communication by brand through regular contact with external agencies, service providers and other departments within the BAT Russia (manufacturing, primary and secondary supply chain, Department of corporate relations / legal department, development of trade marketing Department, working with key retail customers)

Do you have FMCG experience and New Product Development (NPD)?
Is your English at least Upper Intermediate and higher?
Essential experience, skills and knowledge:
Higher education
2-3 years of work in an international FMCG company / or marketing agency with a strong focus on 360 degree marketing and trade, marketing instruments, tools, knowledge and practical experience in all elements of the marketing process
NPD experience
Fluent English
Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge and skills of market research
Good communication and presentation skills
Interpersonal / leadership skills.
