Japan Tobacco International is looking for a Brand activation manager.
What will you do:
- Manage complex projects focused on product & packaging development in close cooperation with local and global functions
- Manage brand initiatives planning/execution and brand communication tools development to engage with consumers, trade partners and internal audience
- Manage brand performance analysis and consumer insights consolidation to track brand KPIs and initiatives’ implementation
- Contribute to strategy development based on consumer insights, competitive challenges and commercial targets, enabling our brands to reach full potential
The company expects from you:
- University Degree (preferably Marketing, Economics)
- 2 years in FMCG Marketing or Trade Marketing with proven experience in management of complex projects
- English: upper-intermediate (spoken, written)
- Advanced PC user (Excel, Power Point), SAP, PLM
- Confident communication skills and ability to connect with decision-makers across multiple functions to build strong relationships to ensure engagement and brand endorsement
- Active team player with entrepreneurial spirit and commercial mindset. Problem solver, strategic thinker, with solid analytical skills & attention to details
- Self-disciplined, organized & responsible person with ability to learn quickly
- Excellent time management and coordination skills, agile, ability to work under time pressure.
