Fabergé is looking for a Boutique Manager.

 

Fabergé, the world’s most iconic artist jeweller, creates extraordinary jewellery, watches and objets d’art, as well as bespoke commissions for a discerning international clientele. Founded in 1842, Fabergé has been the most revered names in jewellery ever since Peter Carl Fabergé created the fifty ingenious Imperial Easter Eggs for the Romanov family between 1885 and 1916.

 

Position Overview:
Fabergé offers a very energetic and rewarding working environment with the opportunity to engage and delight customers with exceptional product offerings and exemplary customer service. The Boutique Manager will lead by example in terms of delivering sales, maximising on client opportunities and business prospects. The right candidate will effectively lead, develop and support the sales and operations of the concession to meet and exceed sales and productivity objectives. As the team leader, the manager sets the appropriate and positive and ‘can do’ attitude in the store and within the broader community. The manager fosters a climate of service excellence and is a champion of employee and client engagement. The right candidate will be proactive and able to create and close on sales opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing Fabergé’s existing client network using company’s own CRM system
  • Proactive client acquisition and client retention using the company’s client care programme and other loyalty inducing initiatives
  • Working closely with the GSD to work on existing local partnerships, event initiatives, contacts and associate relation whilst generating new and meaningful relationship with like-minded brands and target audiences
  • Create and implement individual and store sales plan to drive and realise sales objectives, produce sales reports and communicate these to the GSD
  • Think tactically and strategically to create and implement a viable business plan (signed off by GSD) whilst taking full ownership of the business unit’s sales tools such as inventory, visual merchandising, in-mall relations/activities and utilising/supporting the local PR agency
  • Liaise with the CRM team to develop and implement an efficient client communications calendar and help create exciting and enticing brand and product-led content
  • Monitor individual and store KPI’s to ensure excellent productivity and performance metrics
  • Define customer service standards to increase sales performance, maximize market share, and offer a consistent luxury customer experience
  • Acquire, develop and maximise top talent to ensure top functioning business unit
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the team to drive employee engagement and a positive work environment to ensure the team is maximising opportunities and increasing sales
  • Regularly listen to and solicit feedback, encourage dialogue and support new ideas to inspire team creativity
  • Be a Fabergé Brand Ambassador and share the ‘Fabergé Experience’ at all times
  • Maintain the highest in-store standards including merchandising, visual display and security

 

Skills Required/Qualifications:

  • Ability to accelerate the Fabergé boutique’s performance to meet sales expectations and help GSD to further strengthen the relationship with Emaar mall management and most importantly with key new and existing clientele
  • Proven and visible track record of driving store sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans ideally in Dubai Mall or comparable trading environment
  • Justified competency in identifying and developing new opportunities to grow customer base and increase loyalty, while ensuring brand awareness and penetration in Dubai
  • Be a keen networker and team leader with proven team and individual leadership skills
  • Demonstrated capability to identify, acquire and develop high-level luxury brand clientele
  • Exceptional retail experience in delivering a meticulous client and selling experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Ability to convert browsers into clients and the strong ability to inspire trust, integrity and professionalism with clients
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and being able to perform under pressure
  • Being able to keep clear sight of goals, targets and the strategic agenda bestowed upon the concession manager by the GSD
  • Past professional experience in running all day to day retail operations for a retail business unit
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Point of Sales (POS) system)
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Confirmed ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must have authorization to work in the UAE

Background:

  • A minimum of 5 years of luxury retail management experience, ideally in the jewellery sector
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Graduate Gemology Degree preferred
  • Additional language capabilities; Arabic speaker preferred
