About company:
This is a group of companies with a diversified portfolio currently in an expansion phase. One of the project (Smartphones, Cell phones, tablets). A project that you can join is about IT, Web3 and blockchain technologies. Company has offices in the USA, UAE, Estonia, China.
This vacancy based in Dubai with business trip to Japan and other countries.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide full business and admin support to the Owner
- Take part in the business meetings, conferences and control the execution of the projects after meetings
- Prepare reports, memos and other documents
- International business trips with the Owner (including Japan, China, UAE)
- Bookings and arranging business events, travels planning, organizing and coordination
- Assisting with any other business needs that may be required.
The Successful Applicant:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good at English, Japanese and Russian languages
- Work experience in Japan
- Has strong planning and organizing skills with ability to manage legal documents and cost sheets, maintenance schedules, etc.
- Interesting in IT tech, Web3, blockchain technology
- Flexible and agile individual
- Positive attitude towards the variety of tasks
