TikTok is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead the marketing communications strategic planning for brand TikTok For Business across all brand touchpoints
Excellent execution of all initiatives within agreed strategy and budget to deliver high business financial and sales results
Supervise industry relations, events, digital and social media to increase brand visibility and business growth
Lead TikTok For Business brands and Advertising Products positioning to ensure the delivery of clear marketing messages to targeting audience
Decide and develop annual event strategy for key clients, drive consumer understanding and insights to strengthen brands communication
Initiate and launch partnership programs to recruit new clients, liaison with external agencies, different company departments
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required meeting business objectives
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience marketing in a global company with an extensive and demonstrable proven track record of driving performance across multiple channels
Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in marketing or digital equivalent experience
Advanced level of English is a must
Strong leadership capabilities
Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills.
