TikTok is searching for a B2B Marketing Manager SMB.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to build strategies and plan campaigns along with the content targeted at SMBs
Lead the marketing communications strategic planning for brand TikTok For Business across all brand touchpoints with focus on small and medium businesses
Excellent execution of all initiatives within agreed strategy and budget to deliver high business financial and sales results
Develop and deliver B2B marketing campaigns to articulate TikTok’s value proposition to SMBs
Develop and launch annual event strategy for key clients, drive consumer understanding and insights to strengthen brands communication
Initiate and launch partnership programs to recruit new clients, liaison with external agencies, different company departments
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required meeting business objectives
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience marketing in a global company with an extensive and demonstrable proven track record of driving performance across multiple channels
Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in marketing or digital equivalent experience
Good understanding of the SMB landscape in Russia
Advanced level of English is a must
Strong leadership capabilities
Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills
Customer service orientation and experience working with clients.
