LogistiX Group is a worldwide company with over 20 years of experience in designing logistics systems and facilities, and developing and implementing software solutions such as WMS, TMS, MES, WCS, and Digital Twin. The company has successfully executed over 120 consulting projects and more than 400 projects focused on automation and digitalization. 

 

Role Description:

  • This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Marketing Lead. The B2B Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing the company's marketing efforts in order to successfully promote LogistiX Group's products and services to prospective clients. The B2B Marketing Lead will work with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Internet marketing. Interaction with a contractor for the implementation and execution of a lead plan in the India region through Google ADS platforms. Execution of the lead plan in the context of company products. Budget and effectiveness control. Landing page control and creation
  • ⁠Increasing conversion, interaction with the sales department and first line (screening and qualification of incoming leads)
  • ⁠Event marketing - interaction with contractors for key exhibitions in India (upcoming India Warehouse show). Preparation of handouts, surveys, organization of event structure. Organization of webinars, invitation sending. Participation in partner events with key vendors such as Zebra, Honeywell, Cipher Lab, consultants, AS&RS manufacturers, storage system manufacturers
  • ⁠E-mail marketing, preparation and sending of useful information to customers and partners, collection and management of the company's e-mail database of potential clients
  • ⁠PR and Case study - interaction with the content manager (regular preparation of case studies after project implementation with the customer). Interaction with thematic journals and online platforms for free placement of interesting articles with a focus on our company (article preparation also by the content manager)
  • ⁠YouTube channel - management of the YouTube channel on warehouse topics in English, similar to our Russian channel
  • ⁠Social media, management of our pages in English on popular business social networks in the region
  • ⁠Creative and product marketing, updating the product catalog, creating effective strategies for promoting our products in the Indian market
  • ⁠Content management
  • ⁠Assistance in preparing for presentations and demonstrations to clients (preparation of presentations and materials for display)

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Social sales marketing skills
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Strong sales skills and customer service orientation
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the IT software logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Advanced English and Russian
