IKEA is looking for a B2B Leader for City Stores.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

Completed higher education;
Sales experience (preferable B2B segment sales experience) min 5 years;
Key account management experience min 2 years;
English – upper-intermediate level;
Ability to find business opportunities in the B2B segment and turn them into life;
Commercial thinking;
Analytical thinking;
Strong negotiation skills;
Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize;
Key account management skills.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

Be responsible for driving IKEA for Business key sales and customer KPIs, P&L of Moscow City stores to ensure sustainable profit growth;
Executes and ensures follow-up of Action plan for IKEA for Business on Moscow market and City stores specifically and takes necessary steps in case adjustments to the action plan are needed;
Executes operational excellence to ensure seamless and coherent customer experience across channels;
Be responsible for growing IKEA for Business customer base and retention existing by getting advantage of being in the city center localization;
Market analysis of potential clients and insights to identify of subsequent sales;
Assist in the identification of new opportunities and ensuring suitable launch and activity strategies;
Develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested clients and potential orders in line with the Company’s growth targets;
Work with cross-functional teams on B2B activities for partners;
Work with sales team on the risk control and healthy clients’ portfolio;
Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long term growth;
Be responsible for the recruitment.
