Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is a travel-tech company that owns four brands: RateHawk, ZenHotels, Ostrovok.ru and B2B.Ostrovok. Now they are looking for a B2B Brand Management and Marketing Lead, who will help CMO and Communications Director to develop, launch and execute global marketing strategies for ETG B2B brands.
You will help to analyze key markets, ensure developing best and up-to-date marketing materials distributing awareness of ETG brands across priority markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Together with Communications Director carefully work over development and execution of global marketing plan, verifying overall marketing and event activity is aligned with business and brand objectives.
Managing the Group's B2B brands and participate in the development of all brands positioning, and communication strategy.
Conduct market researches, and targeted audiences analysis.
Work closely with corporate regional sales managers to ensure alignment on business strategy and performance.
Execute market penetration strategy for ETG key priority markets.
Support products big launches and updates coordinating teams and stakeholders to successfully implement a marketing plan.
Coordinate development of all brand materials - landing pages, videos, ppt, print, keeping them actual and up-to-date.
Manage B2B complex marketing projects (planning, coordination, analysis) coordinating effectively cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Manage B2B brand marketing team (3 people) and marketing budget.
Key Qualifications:
Successful experience in managing B2B brands at a global level.
High level of influencing and networking skills.
Track record of leading successful cross-functional programs.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results both individually and through extended teams.
High-level of creativity and energy, able to inspire, engage and influence.
Fluent English is a MUST.
