Danone is looking for an Automation & Digitalization Team Leader.

- The main purpose of OT&Digitalization Manager is to formulate, promote and realize Digitalization and Operational Technology agenda, which also includes right governance of projects
In this role you will:
- Manage and implement the Digitalization projects. The project consists of some parts: data collection system from sensors to factory dashboards, factory management system, integration with advanced analytics tools
- Manage industrial programmers team to provide factories business continuity and improvements
- Manage OT systems support team
- Be responsible for the whole Industrial Digitalization agenda
- Manage projects implementation in terms of timing, budget and stakeholders expectations
- Plan and track activities realization
- Align domains between them and manage priorities
Company is looking for you if you have:
- A technical degree
- More than 5 years of experience in industrial automation and digitalization
- Special competencies: deep expertise in project management, experience in software/data systems implementation for industrial plants
- Experience in food industry will be a strong plus
- People management skills
- Fluent English language
