Strategic Planning – In this role you’ll lead strategic planning, help define investment posture, and key components of strategic planning process. We are looking for someone with both a strategic mindset and the ability to work in the details.
Cross Functional Leadership – You will partner with Category teams, the sales teams, and other functions alike to develop and execute value added plans for business. At Kellogg, collaboration is key.
Costing, Forecasting and Analysis – Your financial acumen will drive our future with confidence. You will lead special project work and post event analysis. You will also be a key contributor into the planning and forecast processes. Understanding the future impact of today’s choices is a key component of success in this role.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business related field and/or significant related work experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills
Practical experience understanding the link between business issues and P&L/Cash Flow
Commercial Finance experience
Bonus Points
Experience with SAP-specific financial planning systems
Pivots and large data manipulation ability
Proficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other financial planning systems
CPG experience
