The primary tasks of the role are to:
Support all functions and business operations at BU and country-level by:
Overseeing all aspects of the Global Security programs and initiatives;
Providing operational security support in all countries in Eastern Europe.
Ensure implementation of Business Integrity programs and initiatives at BU and country-level by:
Overseeing all compliance investigations and making determinations on same;
Implementing Compliance & Integrity learning programs;
Leading and advising the business on the Enterprise Risk Assessment and risk intelligence, anticipating and addressing both internal and external factors;
Raising awareness of Business Integrity with the employees and key stakeholders in order to support a culture of compliance and protect and enhance the company’s reputation.

Build, set up and implement business-oriented and cost-effective Global Security strategies and programs within Eastern Europe at BU and country level to ensure the protection of people, assets, products, brands, information and premises; and maintain consistency by regular interaction with Regional Security Director and counterparts in other BUs and at a global level to ensure consistency in how global standards and policies are applied and to share best practices.;
Ensure implementation and management of all Global Security initiatives and services across all Mondelez International entities across Eastern Europe at BU and country level

Identify, develop, and deliver security trainings and development needs for FSCs/Office Managers and key stakeholders across all locations in Eastern Europe, and design and implement strategies, programs and systems where required to prevent and reduce the loss of company assets. Assist in the delivery of global security awareness training initiatives for all MDLZ employees;
Lead, manage and develop all direct reports in all aspects of Global Security and professional development;
Raise awareness and ensure integration of existing and emerging key security topics with BU Leadership Team and their business agenda. Establish close working relationships with senior company stakeholders (e.g. CGA, Legal, Finance, CS&L) in Eastern Europe, MEU region and globally by providing broad security expertise, advice and recommendations regarding any emerging risks, projects and/or major issues and emergencies;
Act as deputy of the Regional Security Director;
Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts with customs, law enforcement and security authorities and associations across Russia, including e.g. OSAC, ASIS, ACFE and other multi-national corporations.

Oversee and manage all compliance investigations in Eastern Europe in coordination with relevant functions to maintain an effective case management process and due documentation of all investigations. Ensure investigation teams (PIRs and SIRs) receive adequate training, have the right skills and resources needed. Ensure that allegations of misconduct, potential conflict of interest disclosure, and other issues raised by employees in Eastern Europe are tracked, monitored, investigated, and resolved in an independent, efficient, and effective manner. Co-ordination and follow up on management action plans resulting from compliance investigations;
Co-act as a front-line person to all compliance related cases (allegations, claims, policies, concerns, issues etc.) at BU and country level. Ensure appropriate communication to the Regional Business Integrity Officer and to the BU Leadership Team as well as country management regarding compliance issues;
Rollout and implement all compliance programs and initiatives across Eastern Europe. Ensure timely and efficient implementation of new policies and policy revisions/localization. Lead the development and updating of the BU and country-specific compliance risk assessments and compliance program gap assessments;
Act as a center of expertise for the business in all questions related to compliance policies interpretation, communication and development as well as provide input as requested on the development, review and implementation of policies (global and local) in coordination and collaboration with the C-Policies owners on BU and country level;
Maintain and adapt (if needed) learning programs for effective communication and training on compliance policies with focus on front-line sales force and key stakeholders across the BU. This includes both an effective and comprehensive induction program and ongoing learning in local language (if necessary);
Broad range of risks analysis and risks mitigation programs management. Coordination of annual BU specific risk assessments (ERA) and review with BU Leadership Team. Coordination of management risks mitigation plans development, monitoring and implementation. Appropriate communication to the Regional Business Integrity Officer and BU Leadership Team regarding Business Integrity risks, trends and vulnerabilities. Facilitation of Risk, Control & Compliance Committee (RCC) in Eastern Europe;
Act as deputy of Regional Business Integrity Officer.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a major university, ideally in Law or Finance.
Certified knowledge of corporate/physical security, security technology and implementations
Excellent English
6+ years’ experience in corporate function, advising on compliance/business integrity issues in a multinational company
6+ years’ experience in Corporate Security including supply chain and manufacturing protection provisioning in a multinational company.
Superior analytical, effective project management
Proven interpersonal skills: two-way communication skills (oral and written), ability to build relationships, work with a diverse internal stakeholder base
Professional investigation skills, an expert in physical security operations and technical security provisioning.
Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations.
Integrity, Intelligent, efficient, confident, pro-active, attentive to detail, reliable, self-starting with strong learning agility, ability to work independently
Strong business acumen
Leadership and management experience
People management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
From time to time, the incumbent will also work with functional representatives at the Regional and Global levels, in connection with programs that have broader application across Mondelez International.
The incumbent must be business-oriented and enjoy adding value at all levels in the organization and across functional lines.
