Snap is looking for an Associate Account Executive to join Team Snapchat. The Emerging sales team focuses on challenger brands, disruptive business models and high-growth, high opportunity performance advertisers, ranging from some of Snap’s largest customers to early-stage startups.
What You’ll Do:
Identify, prioritize, and develop customers
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
Help define the sales approach for specific customer segments, develop work plans, and create compelling advertiser propositions
Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as needed
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements
Serve as the Snap product expert by educating clients and ad partners on Snap’s advertising product suite and influencing Snap’s ad product roadmap by owning your client’s participation in Alphas and Betas.
Educate and update clients on Snap Inc. as a platform and on our advertising products and developments.
Build, manage, and grow relationships and advertising spend with clients by helping them achieve their performance goals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Ability to speak one of the following languages (in addition to English) fluently is required: Russian
Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
Strong existing relationships within the SMB market
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
