Hilton Hotels is looking for a Personal Assistant to Cluster General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- A Personal Assistant is responsible to provide the Cluster General Manager with administrative support including typing
- Filing
- Answering telephones
- Taking messages
- Maintaining appointment calendar
- Organizing meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Other general office duties
What is the company looking for:
- 2 year similar experience
- 100% fluent in English – written, spoken and reading
- Strong organization skills, multi-task oriented and good time management
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy
- Experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Previous work experience with an expat will be your advantage
