What the company is about?
We have 30 years of experience in Russia, the CIS countries and the Middle East. We invest in real estate in Russia and abroad.
We manage facilities and provide maintenance and cleaning services.
We build and manage a network of Vertical apart-hotels in St. Petersburg and Moscow. We are planning to open the Digital Village Vertical condo hotel and YouCo co-living. The Grow Up federal network of coworking spaces and Miran data centers are also part of our business ecosystem.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Administrative support per request, such as gathering and analyzing information, translation, paperwork, etc
- Manage Director`s schedule, control deadlines, meetings, events, etc
- Accurately produce sales contracts and rate agreement
- Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients
- Produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts
- Attend and represent You&Co at trade shows and conventions and participate in sales trips
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent English (spoken and written), additional languages us a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales skills and commercial awareness
- Document experience & Strong PC skills
- Out-of-box and creative thinking
- The ability to work in a system of chaos and systematize it
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Accuracy and attentiveness to details
