The Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes and fulfill guest incidents and requests as per FIVE service standards
- Directs and manages the implementation, support, enhancement, and utilization of data and telecommunication systems utilizing internal, corporate, and vendor resources
- Verifies that resources are utilized to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Directs the activities and monitors the performance of the Information Technology staff in support of computer operations, operating systems, database administration, desktop/help desk support, telecommunications, data networks, and system security. This includes cross training staff to provide consistent support
- Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting
- Assists in evaluation, selection, and implementation process for software, hardware, and/or consultants for specific projects when applicable
- Monitors and controls all technology-impacted revenues and expenses generated by the property including, but not limited to telecommunications, business center technologies and A/V
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees
- Reviews guest feedback with leadership team and verifies appropriate corrective action is taken
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. Uses personal judgment and expertise to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Hands-on approach and flexibility with a ‘can-do’ work attitude
- Commitment to delivering exceptional services with a passion
- 4-5 years’ experience in senior management roles in luxury lifestyle destinations
- Experience with networking is prime
- Able to manage large and diverse operations
- Creativity and innovation in IT concepts and operations
- Pro-active and inquisitive mind set to develop problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction and profitability
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
