Job responsibilities:
- To source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand DAMAC’s agent network in assigned territory
- Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting Damac products
- Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, On boarding, coaching, etc) to achieve sales target
- Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources
- Leverage Damac Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory
- Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize Damac Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business
- Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations
- Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines. Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories
- Sets and maintains high performance standards
- Pays close attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
- Shows concern for all aspects of the job and follows up on work output
- Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by Director in a timely manner
Planning and Organizing:
- Ensure continuous stable operational support by conducting all tasks in an accurate and informed manner
- Co-ordinate with all managers to continually utilize the availability of Co-Workers
- Provide daily reporting and achievement progress to Director & HOD

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field. MBA will be preferred
- Fluent in English and Russian languages for both oral and written communications, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
Required Experience:
- 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate, BFSI sector including at least 5 years in positions of progressively account management and handling multiple projects / tasks as a Team Manager
