We are looking for a strong player in the Realiste team - Assistant Business Development Manager to work directly with CBDO. This is one of the key operational positions, since the effectiveness of the entire Sales funnel depends on its precise work and energy. Business development region - UAE and GCC countries. Remote work with the possibility of relocation in Dubai.
Why this position is important: we at Realiste have learned how to build a very cool B2B sales funnel – from the first conversion of a “cold” lead to signing a contract with a major client. But our internal resources are no longer enough to maintain a high-set pace. We need a responsible and motivated specialist, M / F, 20+ years old, who will pick up all communications with current and potential clients, back up, follow up and not let any agreement get lost.
Required hard skills:
- fluent spoken and written English (all communications in Eng)
- strong skills in working with CRM, Excel, Google Doc, etc.
Soft skills:
- Doer rather than Thinker
- fast neural connections, high speed, adaptability
- the ability to simultaneously conduct operational and analytical activities
- willingness to be in touch 12/24 and pick up current BD tasks
- love to work with data, reports, people... and work in general :-)

Approximate functionality (including but not limited to):
- Generate a funnel of leads on LinkedIn (we will teach)
- Create a daily list of meetings and tasks
- Conduct CRM Monday: make reports on meetings, update statuses, etc.
- Send follow-ups, backup communications for key customers
