Coca Cola company is looking to hire an experienced Assets Director Russia.
About the job
The PACS Assets Director — Euros & Special Olympics lead will be the key role of the host market. You will coordinate the project within the Russia System, Europe operating unit, global sponsorship team, working closely with local and global stakeholders, and will ensure the host market is delivering the Euros/Special Olympics activations & contractual obligations in respect to the right budget allocation while maximizing the positive impact of the event for the local market in the short and longer term.
What You’ll Do For Us
Working with Global, Organisation Unit (OU), CC Russia and CCH, coordinate and establish vision/ambition, legacies, funding model, master plan of the Coca-Cola x Euros 2021 & Special Olympics 2022 plan and deliver the games.
Design and implement required resourcing throughout the projects and ensure we are delivering results at the right time.
Be responsible for building a high performing project team with fun and excitement through enjoying once in a lifetime experience.
Be the main contact for local stakeholder relationship management related to the event, including managing the organizing committee relationship and leading negotiations with them such as signature properties, VIK & Venue Ops in close collaboration with CCH.
Manage the local Euros/Special Olympics budget in collaboration with Finance/Global.
Work in close collaboration with global sponsorship team to ensure our contractual obligations are delivered such as VIK program / Venues operations / host market on site activation / local hospitality program.
Coordinate the project within the host market team KO & CCH and Europe operating unit team such as portfolio, PAC (sustainability) ambition, customers relationships & program, innovation.
Manage a team of FTE (exact number to be defined in Q4 2020) and be responsible for experiential activation/VIK agencies management
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Higher
10+ years of relevant experience
Russian language: excellent level
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and collaboration with Marketing teams
Ability to analyze complex business and regulatory issues, manage divergent stakeholders and bring together multiple concepts across functions
Experience of working internationally or in multicultural teams is advantageous.
Experience, ideally in senior roles with responsibility for public affairs, government relations, communications, stakeholder management and sustainability.
Skilled in sharing information, influencing and negotiating with key parties and stakeholders with both shared and opposing interests.
