В компанию-разработчик игр (с NFT-технологией) Red Rift требуется Арт-директор.
Red Rift is a game studio in Michigan led by industry veterans from AAA studios. Is completely remote business with a team of 100+ like-minded people who share the importance of creativity, responsibility for results and boundless love for games.
Now company is looking for a talented Art Director (Dark Fantasy), who will join the team to work on various projects in studio.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director, Art Lead in game development or CG
- Having a good level of visual experience, which will allow to give competent feedback and manage the art part of projects
- Understanding the game pipeline
- Worked before as a 2D or 3D artist
Responsibilities:
- Estimation of art tasks and projects
- Selection of artists for the project: interview, inspection, creation and reviewing of test tasks of candidates
- Reviewing the work of artists
- Identification of project requirements, preparation of project documentation on the art component
- Communication with the customer
- Must understand and be able to comply with the corporate identity of the customer's project
- Creating and controlling an art pipeline in one or more projects
- The ability to offer creative solutions in case of non-acceptance of work by the customer
