Company is looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the art department of collab.art Indonesian projects, collaborating with a talented team of designers and media art specialists known for their exceptional creativity. Company requires someone with a mix of artistic, technical, and marketing skills for the position. Company is searching for an experienced manager who can both inspire and be inspired by others in order to elevate creative efforts. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a strong desire to deliver dynamic ideas that engage any audience.

Scope of Work:
- Develop art briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team
- Create sketches or design drafts/concepts (artistic skills required)
- Delegate projects to in-house people and external agencies & studios
- Oversee storyboards, visual concepts, style frames, still frames, etc
- Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests
- Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use
- Work directly with international digital artists, agencies, talents & studios
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Pitch, Figma, Miro
- Sketching / drafting skills required
- Good skills with CG production software, such as Cinema 4D, After Effects, Houdini, 3DSMax
- Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- English-speaking
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an art director
- Web development experience
- Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production
- Artistic Experience (exhibitions, collaborations, auctions)
