В онлайн-школу английского языка Novakid ищут Art Director.
Novakid is looking for an Art Director, who will be responsible for elevating Novakid’s graphical style to the world-class standards.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead and scale a top-of-the line team of UI designers, illustrators, animators, who will provide a consistent, class-A quality graphics for Novakid marketing, product and other teams
- You will work on both parent-facing graphics (ad copies, landings, UI), and student-facing graphics (game & curriculum art, animation, UI)
- Your team will budget, manage & source relevant outsourcing partners
- Your team will assist with setting and monitoring the style of copies produced by marketing agencies
- You will have ambitious goals in terms of content production for Novakid students, and the task to gradually yet decisively ramp up our production capabilities to meet these goals
Requirements:
- You have a proven capability as an Art Director (or similar leadership role), working in a notable international company for at least 2-3 years and managing teams of 10 or more creative staff
- You come with a graphical design or illustration background and have at least 10 years experience in these fields
- You are passionate about EdTech and using games & technology to drive learning for kids
