Tasks:
— Take part in the implementation and development of the Product from scratch (you need to develop a strategic design vision of the Platform and a strategic plan for further development);
— Manage the work of creating and upgrading the design (mobile applications, web sites, branding, banners, illustrations, etc.);
— Work with the best contractors and international experts;
— Collaborate closely with related departments: collecting requirements, creating technical task, setting and monitoring tasks;
— Create the best Platform layouts (rendering, adjustment, optimization, layout);
— Help us with the schedule and budget of your department;
— Transform an entangled interface into an intuitive (UI / UX);
— Wiferframes and User Flow;
— Form a design department fron scratch within the Team (it is necessary to build communication within the team, processes and mutual assistance).
What you need to have:
-Experience in the implementation and development products from scratch (strategy, vision, development and support);
— 3+ years of management experience and leadership experience of design teams;
— Upper Intermediate English. Russian too!
— Perfect understanding of current design trands and the ability to set trends in the market;
— Creative thinking, good taste, initiative, leadership skills;
— Passion of working with fuzzy requirements;
— Ability to search for several design solutions at once;
— Strong knowledge of various graphic editors and tools.
