As a member of the Quality & Technology engineering team you will help drive quality management initiatives and performance at our Repair Centre (RC) located in Moscow, Russia. You are responsible for service quality at our Moscow DC, which will receive units to screen and repair from all over Russia. You will have responsibility for developing and implementing the quality systems for the diagnostics and repair of all our products. You will establish and review key performance indicators with the site team on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to drive performance and find opportunities for improvement that successfully achieve program objectives.

- Have a background in, or understanding of quality, electronic or manufacturing engineering
- Bring high energy and are highly motivated, with the enthusiasm to drive issues to closure
- Possess a high technical proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing Apple products
