Aleph Group is looking for an APAC Sales and Partnerships Director.

 

Aleph is the largest global partner of leading digital platforms, exclusively representing them across 50+ markets in Latin America, Europe and APAC. This role was created recently to strengthen Httpool’s presence and position within the SMB segment across the APAC Market. It offers an opportunity to truly create and build a high performing sales team from scratch. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, develop and lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers and account managers who work directly with multi-vertical clients and/or agencies;
  • Develop a people strategy and coach individuals to sustainably find, grow and keep the best current and future talent and provide career progression;
  • Create a strong shared vision in a fast moving environment and foster a sense of belonging and collaboration, extending to cross-functional teams;
  • Structure, help negotiate, and manage long-term relationships with partners and ensure clients derive the maximum value from Facebook and other leading media platforms advertising solutions, driving growth across your portfolio;
  • Develop Sales strategy for your team in collaboration with Httpool SMB Global VP, your EMEA and in market counterparts and work with direct reports on short and long-term priorities for executing, measuring and sharing results that help clients grow;
  • Provide business analytic strength to help facilitate initiatives critical to ongoing growth at market and regional levels;
  • Represent Httpool with industry organisations and in the press.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years previous experience in customer sales and support, agency account management or consulting;
  • Significant experience in building, leading and inspiring sales teams;
  • Experience in growing long-term commercial partnership and build sales pipeline at scale, through hands on sales coaching;
  • Success in this position requires a passion for leadership, strong analytical skills, a focus on enabling client growth, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment;
  • Ability to speak English fluently;
  • BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution.
