Оne of the world’s leading professional and retail hair companies Wella is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager, who will take responsibility for AP operations in Russia and lead an AP team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership for accurate and timely processing of AP invoices and vendor payments for 2 legal entities in Russia (including 1 factory), T&E processing;
Work closely with the AP team to ensure account integrity is maintained with vendors and internal partners;
Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines;
Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information in area of AP to ensure accuracy of financial statements;
Provide accounting assistance to project managers and commercial/operations staff; respond to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs (P2P process, other projects);
Own internal controls applicable to AP to ensure corporate and statutory compliance;
Manage and train AP team – 2 direct subordinates
YOUR PROFILE
Finance&Accounting, Statistics&Mathematics University degree;
5+ years of relevant work experience;
1+ years of people management experience;
Upper-Intermediate English and higher;
FMCG, Retail industry experience, Public US companies is preferable;
Advanced user of SAP MM, FI in AP-related areas;
Advanced user of MS Excel;
Good presentation skills for educating internal clients on accounting principles;
Experience of integration with procurement application is a big plus;
Personal skills: strong communication, multi-tasking, team player;
Strong desire to continuously improving processes
