Apple is looking for a a new team player — AP Accountant.
Key Qualifications
Higher education in economics/finance/taxes
Knowledge of Russian tax regulations
Experience with specific vendors/costs primary documents requirements
Multitasking, willing to learn, energy
Proven experience with accounting process 3-4 years (Big multinational companies as a plus)
Experience in working with SAP and passing tax audits as a plus
Proficient in English
Description
Raising Purchase request in corporate system
Processing vendors’ documents through specific corporate process, validating documents for local accounting and tax compliance (AP general payable, advertising services and materials, warehousing, merchandizing services, etc)
Daily clearing of vendor accounts and prepayment accounts
Managing relationship with archive provider and documents retention process
Participation in monthly, quarterly, annual closing
Participation in tax inspection revision and internal/external audit in AP parta
Education & Experience
Degree in Economics/Finance.
