Google is looking for an Analytical Consultant, Industrial and Holdings (Russian).

 

About the job:
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how company`s range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
This team is concentrated on the cross-channel Large Customer Sales (LCS) portfolio of customers in telecom, new financial ecosystem, travel, and logistics.
The aim of the team is to drive digital transformation of these customers through adoption of Google's products by increasing their investments into this channel and by improving the quality of their service to the population.
As an Analytical Consultant, you will be expected to grow customer investments into Google channel to reach their business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and increase digital savviness.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of Google's client business challenges and solve problems proactively and creatively
  • Use comprehensive knowledge of Google's products to align them with clients marketing objectives and advocate the wider strategic opportunities in relation to Google Ads (e.g., Search, Video, Display, YouTube, and Programmatic) and other solutions
  • Ensure implementation and optimization working with cross-functional teams so that clients' goals and timelines are achieved
  • Build relationships with local customers through deep knowledge of the industry, competitive landscapes, clients' products, and key business issues that affect clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers around all key areas of account management (e.g., training, product enhancement, feature adoption, media planning, reporting, etc.)

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in digital media, digital advertising platforms, account management, direct sales, or ads product marketing, presenting to A/B-Level audiences
  • Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience on the commercial and/or marketing side of software, Internet, and/or media industries, with a CPA-based business model
  • Experience in planning, managing and supporting online advertising campaigns
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or online advertising sales/marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting both internally and externally
  • Understanding of the ad tech market, experience in the use of ad tech tools
  • Willing to go above and beyond to add value to our advertisers' business and grow their accounts
