Etalon Group one of Russia’s largest and longest-established development and construction companies, is looking for an experienced Analyst to join the strategic department team.
Responsibilities:
- Market research: competitor analysis, market conditions, and public regulations impact, market capacity and segmentation, development forecast
- Global market trends analysis: best practices, changes in the customer's patterns, new markets and technologies, startups and potential partners
- Company development alternatives and scenario modeling
- Preparation of presentation materials and analytical reviews in English and Russian for our stakeholders
- Creation of new dashboard modules: collecting and expert assessments, structuring information, and analyzing internal and external sources
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of urban planning trends, and real estate market
- Strong English and Russian written abilities for preparing analytical reports
- Advanced storytelling and data visualization
- Experience in financial and economic models, factor analysis, and forecasts
- Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint
