Duties and Responsibilities:
Take leadership in all aspects of the deal cycle from origination through execution to closing, including managing the due diligence work streams.
Take part in detailed analysis of relevant markets and companies across various sectors, identifying companies with untapped potential
Together with the team actively assist in the strategic development, digital transformation, and management of the portfolio companies
Qualifications:
Ph.D/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
· 6+ years of investment experience (VC, PE, investment banking, management consulting)
Passion for startups and entrepreneurship
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional, growth business environment
· Strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic as well as time and process management skills
· Understanding of financial statements, accounting and finance
· Experience with cash flow modeling and investment valuation techniques
· Ability to produce well designed professional looking reports and investment memos
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Bilingual, fluent in both English and Russian
