Job Description
1. Responsible for the investment and cultivation of sellers, understand the needs of consumers, assist in the establishment of goods planning, drive the growth of the industry, and complete the GMV target;
2. Combined with the direction of the industry, continue to optimize the structure of the business, establish a business growth system, precipitation capabilities, and effectively promote the improvement of business operations capabilities, while promoting the improvement of the platform’s overall platform capabilities;
3. Targeting the characteristics of the business, helping the merchant to integrate resources inside and outside the station and planning targeted marketing activities, enhancing the stickiness of the merchant and the platform, and continuously deepening the business cooperation with the merchant;
4. Through data analysis and mining user needs, pay attention to changes in the market and competing products, formulate overall operational strategies, and combine industry and platform status to find new opportunities and breakthroughs in the industry;

Job requirements
1. More than 8 years of experience in related categories (mobile phones, IT, small appliances), more than 5 years’ experience in sellers of related categories of large-scale e-commerce platforms or experience of Taobao, AliExpress/TMALL store operations traders; The upstream and downstream modes of operation are preferred;
2. Strong communication skills and mature business negotiation experience;
3. English ability as a daily communication language;
