Japan Tobacco International is searching for an Agile Product Owner. This employee is accountable for design and delivery of complex projects / tasks in the area of HR expertise (e.g. Talent / L&D, Rewards, Business Partnering etc.).
What will you do:
Design, develop and implement best in class practices through working on agile projects across all areas of HR
Projects in the scope are defined based on HR strategic focuses and business priorities covering Talent / L&D, Rewards, Business Partnering etc.
Contribute to agility capability building agile mindset through acting as a change agent & setting an example
Assume role of Scrum Master or Product Owner to facilitate delivery of specific projects and effective operation of the team through agile methodologies
Share knowledge with other P&C Agile Partners to ensure development of people within the team
You as a professional:
University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial capacity
Process or project management experience, stakeholders engagement experience
Cross functional experience is considered as an advantage
Agile mindset and continuous learning attitude, change management practitioner
Big picture in mind, ability to assess risks and impact, structured and good analytical skills
English: Upper Intermediate or above is a must
