Deutsche bank is looking for an Agile Coach.
Your key responsibilities:
Advise, facilitate, train, mentor and coach sponsors, leaders, team members and stakeholders; understanding the context, including strategic targets, delivery targets, structure, agile framework(s), constraints, team-dynamics, mindsets and technical considerations
Establish and drive a culture of experimentation, psychological safety and continual learning
Support operation of the scaled agile team and the scaled agile ceremonies; and support agile leaders to live up to their target role profiles
Define and improve measurement systems including business impact, team delivery performance and agile maturity
Collaborate with other coaches to continuously improve agile processes and practices
Your skills and experience:
Expert in Scrum and scaled agile e.g. Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify; and related techniques e.g. Design Thinking, Lean; having successfully implemented agile in different cultures and environments, supporting teams of varying size and complexity
Deep background in coaching and developing people and teams, influencing behavior and cultural change
Comfortable challenging and advising senior leadership, in a way that encourages them to improve and embed new ways of working
Passionate about coaching and supporting people to adjust and embrace changes to their way of working
Emotionally intelligent, calm, open-minded and collaborative with strong people skills
Experience as a developer or other hands-on technical role desirable
Advanced English
