Google is searching for an Agency Sales Manager.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in business development, sales and client-relationship management.
Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in online advertising sales/marketing with established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace, as well as experience presenting to senior-level audiences.
Knowledge of Google’s business and products preferably in an agency environment.
Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and manage complex implementations, and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to make a positive impact, and create additional business opportunities with minimal guidance.
Leadership skills and the ability to be self-motivated.
Interest in developing a deep understanding of our full product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Establish executive relationships and cultivate growth with agencies; build and develop excellent C-level relationships.
Partner with agencies to develop transformational strategies that reach all areas of their business, developing best practices and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency-related processes; translate data into actionable advertising strategies for partners.
Analyze data trends and agencies’ customer performance, develop strategic business plans, prepare and conduct presentations and develop case studies of successful campaigns to share insights with agencies.
Be accountable for goals and product adoption, and review, provide input and support in the development of important pitches, collaborate cross-functionally to build compelling, data-driven work plans leveraging internal and third-party data.
Maintain accountability to goals and product adoption for specific agencies; partner with Industry teams on strategic plans for accounts and develop quarterly account plans designed to drive new business opportunities.
