An all-in-one digital marketing software Semrush is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Director.
Performance Objectives & Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and development of affiliate marketing program at SEMrush
Oversee affiliate strategy, including segmentation and targeting effectiveness, performance forecasting, and enhancements
Execute innovative ways to use the information to optimize the affiliate marketing program while managing costs and driving revenue
Employ cutting edge digital marketing techniques to attract the attention of target audiences, drive action, and understand and manage brand reputation
Manage day-to-day Affiliate Marketing operations with partners/networks to meet channel KPIs and customer acquisition goals, execute the affiliate strategy for select verticals to achieve the annual revenue target
Analyze current processes continuously and provide insight on new opportunities, business trends and challenges or concerns to improve the efficiency of the affiliate channel
Establish long-term effective relationships with our key affiliate publishers
Manage and develop a team of 7+ high-powered marketing professionals
Qualifications & Skills for Success
6+ years of experience in of digital marketing experience with a focus in affiliate marketing required, preferably in SaaS business environment
Proven track record delivering lead generation programs for B2B businesses and sales organizations
Proven track record delivering brand marketing programs that have driven short & long term value
Must have an understanding of the affiliate, and network landscape as well as demonstrate the vision to help develop the affiliate practice
Understanding of analytical tools as they relate to affiliate marketing and traffic
Experience working in a digital and revenue-generating line of business
Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing and industry best practices
