AliExpress Russia is looking for AE+ Commercial Lead to increase localisation of Chinese top 40 fashion brands to grow Russian sales in line with target set for new a new financial period.
Responsibilities:
Collect best practices of Russian and cross border marketplaces
Collect and analyze current pains of customer: logistics, item page views, sizes, checkout, returns, other
Agree terms of localization with chinese commercial team
Prepare business case, analyze performance and plan actions based on data
Lead implementation phase: shop structure and item page changes, assortment and styles planning specific for local market warehouse arrivals planning with sellers; marketing campaign planning and implementation; logistics revision and implementation of improvements regarding lead times, quality and return
Requirements:
More than 5 years of managerial experience in commercial function
Strong project management skills
Understanding of retail supply chain and cross-boarder logistics (preferably in Fashion industry)
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of dealing with multi-parties / joint-ventures / partnership setups
Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority
Good command of data instruments MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau or others
Fluent English
