Responsibilities
Develop and iterate local tech advertising policies for markets in the CEE region, that align with global policy framework
Identify gaps and problem areas in policies and propose revisions
Partner with cross-functional teams including Policy leaders, Sales, Product and Legal to develop new advertising policies and enforcement criteria
Partner with cross-functional teams including Service, QA, Training and Ad Review teams to ensure accurate and effective policy enforcement
Establish early warning, prevention, and control of advertising and industry risks
Support advertising review and QA teams by delivering training on ad policies
Solve issues with considerable autonomy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Strong experience in policy and policy enforcement
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, preferably have working knowledge of advertising regulations and cultural contexts in their respective regions (Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia)
Understanding of the impact ad policy decisions have on advertisers and users
Experience using data and metrics to determine process improvements
Deep understanding of the digital landscape and passionate around the TikTok product
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills plus another language, preferred.
