В игровую компанию Playrix ищут Administrative Director.
Playrix is the largest gaming company in Eastern Europe.
Company is looking for an Administrative Director who will take on the task of improving and developing back office processes.
Tasks:
- Forming a vision for the development of the administrative and economic unit, preventing risks, and improving department efficiency
- Solving current issues related to operational and economic activities
- Development and improvement of company processes. Implementation of best practices in business work
- Supervising administrative divisions: Office Management, MICE, and others
- Providing support for current offices and the opening of new ones all over the world
- Supervising tasks that ensure offices thrive
- Participation and supervision of internal projects with the involvement of the back office team
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative/Operating Director or in another managerial back office role
- Diverse experience in managing administrative processes (MICE, Office Management, Procurement, etc.)
- Track record of success in project and team management
- Experience in building interaction with various departments (finance, lawyers, accounting, HR, etc.). Understanding standard business processes of organizations
- Ability to prioritize and maintain personal effectiveness while multitasking
Preferred:
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Experience working with administrative and economic activities in the CIS, EU, or other regions
- Experience working with a remote team
- Track record of success in negotiations with suppliers and knowledge of the specifics of the procurement process
- Business travel readiness
