Job description:
- Responsibility for all administration, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Logistic operations of the Russian subsidiary
- Leadership and personal development for a small team of specialists
- Optimization of working processes and structures to achieve high efficiency
- Close collaboration with external service providers, official authorities, auditors, and customers
- Monitoring and support budget planning and financial reporting
- Provide support to set up new offices in different areas
- Reporting to the MD in Russia and to the German Headquarter
Requirements:
- Economical, business administration, or similar degree
- Good knowledge of business processes in international companies in the industrial business
- Sound experience in administration, operational management, and HR
- Additional knowhow in other functions such as finance, logistics, IT, or legal would be an advantage
- Entrepreneurial personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active attitude and good analytical and strategic strength
- Native skills in Russian; good skills in English
- Trustful personality living in the Greater Moscow region
