TikTok is seeking an Accounts Payable and Reimbursement Manager.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Reimbursement Manager will shape policy to meet local statutory requirements, and advise local stakeholders on FSSC policy/process while managing one direct report. An ideal candidate should be extremely hands-on and excited to be a part of a fast-paced environment.
Tasks:
Supervise team who handles the processing of employee reimbursement, supplier payments and contracts
Provide regular training of reimbursement system and policy to local employees
Support the product team to launch new system features
Share local practice and regulatory requirements to the FSSC team in the Headquarter
Consolidate and submit process improvement ideas and system feedback to the FSSC team in the Headquarter
Support local initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other relevant fields
5+ years of relevant work experience, experience handling non-Russia transactions is preferred
Practical knowledge of IFRS, ACCA or CPA is preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, detailed-oriented, self-motivated and collaborative
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Excel and other office applications
Proficient in business Russian and English, additional language capability is preferred.
