IKEA is looking for an Accounting and Reporting Team Leader.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related field.
5+ years of increasingly responsible accounting experience in similar or larger organisation.
Demonstrate knowledge of broad set of accounting principles (e.g. INGKA and local GAAP).
Experience in use of automated accounting systems.
Proficient in MS Office skill.
Experience in multicultural and multinational organisation.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
Proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of the team based on the global finance, organisational and people development direction to secure the right competences, performance and succession.
Develop, implement and continuously improve effective and efficient Accounting & Reporting processes and routines.
Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities.
Secure that the team members are working according to the A&R manual as well as local GAAP.
Support the team with specific accounting and reporting related questions.
Support relevant functions as a trustful and professional business partner in Accounting & Reporting matters with the aim to offer the customer a seamless shopping experience.
Contribute the business plan process and set clear goals and action plan together with the team in alignment with the business plan and function goals.
Coordinate and/or support internal and external audit, review and follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
Contribute to local and global projects from A&R perspective.
Secure and maintain a connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, process teams within the Ingka Group.
Secure cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach.
Ensure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with Ingka policies.
Temporary position maternity cover 1,5 — 2 years.
