Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in consultative sales and in client-facing roles.
- Experience with the Russian media landscape.
- Experience with performance focused products.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in creating online marketing and advertising strategies for performance focused clients.
- Knowledge of Google’s products (e.g., Search, Mobile, Google Display Network, YouTube).
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with project management experience.

Responsibilities
- Grow business and deepen relationships with clients from Finance/Real Estate/Travel or Technology industries.
- Manage and monitor Search, Video and Display campaigns in order to optimize advertiser ROI and deliver against customer key performance indicators.
- Provide campaign performance analysis and insights to boost performance.
- Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to the country/regional leadership team.
- Liaise with customers to implement solutions and partner with Sales teams to ensure search solutions are prioritized where relevant.
