Company-leading provider of SW Services and IT solutions is searching for Account Director Banking.
They are looking for Account Director Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance areas to grow business with the leading Russian financial organizations to meet Company's targets from both revenue and profitability perspective. The person will be responsible for selling of full Company's portfolio and will lead multimillion deals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and retain strong relationships with the customers including C-level contacts
- Execute the entire sales cycle from finding new prospects to up-selling and cross-selling
- Identify new sales opportunities and areas to grow Company’s business
- Meet individual targets (TCV, revenue and margin)
- Collaborate with engineering, pre-sales, recruitment, operations and other teams in the matrix structure
- Pipeline management in Salesforce, management reporting
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in sales of complex software/consultancy projects to leading Russian financial organizations
- 5+ years’ experience as an account manager/director
- Deep understanding of banking and capital markets
- End-to-end understanding and experience working within different financial outsourcing models (T&M, Fixed Price, risk/reward scheme), budgeting, budget execution, invoicing, SLA principles
- Experience of selling banking software products/solutions (treasury, electronic trading, front-middle-back office, risk management, etc.)
- Existing financial industry network of contacts
- Positive references from current large banking & capital markets clients
- Strong communication skills, articulate, good presentation and negotiation skills
- Good English
